The cat eye shape concept (which is pretty simple to do, btw!) was inspired by @nailsbycambria and @krbnails on Instagram :) They did green polish or gradient eyes, and I switched it up with some holo! Cause my cats eyes actually glow holo at night (so do mine).
I found that this piCture pOlish foil top coat worked really well and didn't kill the holo! My only issue was that because it isn't as nice as shiny/glossy as a regular top coat, I didn't get a nice clean layer of clear gloss over the holo foil. I did try putting a regular top coat over the foil top coat (2 coats of foil top coat actually to help protect the foil), but it didn't work AT ALL. Watch the video and you'll see what happened to my thumb (and also why it's not in these pics lol). SHAFTED.
