Simple right angle mani inspired by one of my fav hand creams

Hurrah for inspiration from anywhere! This time I was mostly intrigued by the colour palette of one of my fav hand creams, Bath & Body Works' True Blue Spa Shea Cashmere & Silk cream. The photos on their website seem a little off in colour compared to their packaging in real life, so just ignore that and pay more attention to my pics. Who would have thought a bright blue-nearly-turquoise creme paired so well with medium browns?!

VIDEO TUTORIAL AT THE END OF THE POST!

I used new right angle nail vinyls from Nailvinyls.com to guide the lines in this mani. I've previously used the skinniest of the four different sizes of nail vinyls in the pack you get with your order when I did my bleached neon corner gradient with directional right angles mani, and in this one I'm using the largest size vinyl (pointer and pinky) and the second largest ones (other nails). Just so you can get an idea of the different thicknesses.

This hand lotion is one of my favs because it leaves a silky smooth residue behind that is not oily at all. It has a light vanilla almond scent and it smells like you'd want to eat it. Don't do that. These True Blue Spa Shea Cashmere & Silk handcreams come in full size or mini size, which are perfect for your purse.

Check out my Nail Care page to see this True Blue fav my among other nail care must-haves.
