Textured fishtail braid nails

Wow, it's not holo glitter?! Nope, but still kinda sparkly, so s'all good. Today's nail art features three of the new Color Club textured polishes from the Seven Deadly Sins collection. I posted a couple others and some macro brush shots of the entire collection here, and today I have a particularly dark but nonetheless edgy look for you!

This mani was created for a weekly nail art challenge I'm co-hosting along with Kristin of Lacquerstyle and Tracey of @missbellatracey on Instagram, this month's theme being metallic and this week's prompt being texture!

I was inspired by Sois Polish's recent fishtail mani, but filled in all three 'strands' of the braid. I've seen other what I'll call 'traditional' fishtail manis using opaque polish (e.g., see Lucy's Stash), but I'm digging the striping take look for super clean cut lines!

- Color Club 'Under your spell' (iridescent blue and gold texture with blue hexes)
- Color Club 'Friends with benefits' (lilac silver texture with hexes)
